जीवन परिचय :-
कुमार विश्वास एक भारतीय हिंदी कवि, व्याख्याता और पूर्व राजनीतिज्ञ हैं। वे आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के संस्थापक सदस्यों में से एक थे और इसकी राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी के पूर्व सदस्य थे।
जीवन और कैरियर :-
विश्वास का जन्म 10 फरवरी 1970 को उत्तर प्रदेश के पिलखुवा कस्बे में एक मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार में हुआ था , जहाँ उन्होंने लाला गंगा सहाय स्कूल में पढ़ाई की। उनके पिता चंद्र पाल शर्मा पिलखुवा में आरएसएस डिग्री कॉलेज में लेक्चरर थे और उनकी माँ रमा शर्मा गृहिणी थीं। विश्वास सबसे छोटे बच्चे हैं और उनके चार भाई और एक बहन हैं। उन्होंने राजपुताना रेजिमेंट इंटर कॉलेज में पढ़ाई की और फिर मोतीलाल नेहरू क्षेत्रीय इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज में दाखिला लिया क्योंकि उनके पिता चाहते थे कि वे इंजीनियर बनें। हालाँकि, इंजीनियरिंग में विश्वास की रुचि नहीं थी और उन्होंने हिंदी साहित्य का अध्ययन करने के लिए इसे छोड़ दिया , जिसमें उन्होंने बाद में पीएचडी की उपाधि प्राप्त की।
पीएचडी की पढ़ाई के दौरान ही विश्वास ने अपनी काव्यात्मक पहचान बनाए रखने के लिए अपना नाम विश्वास कुमार शर्मा से बदलकर कुमार विश्वास रख लिया। 1994 में वे इंद्रा गांधी पीजी कॉलेज 'पीलीबंगा' राजस्थान में लेक्चरर बन गए , फिर लाला लाजपत राय कॉलेज में हिंदी साहित्य पढ़ाया। 2012 में वे नवगठित आम आदमी पार्टी में स्वयंसेवक कार्यकर्ता के रूप में शामिल हुए।
विश्वास आजतक टेलीविजन चैनल पर केवी सम्मेलन नामक एक कॉमेडी शो होस्ट करते हैं जिसका पहला प्रीमियर 29 सितंबर 2018 को हुआ था।
विश्वास नियमित रूप से ऐसे कार्यक्रम देते हैं जिनमें वे अपनी कविता और हिंदी, उर्दू और संस्कृत साहित्य के प्रति प्रेम प्रदर्शित करते हैं। वे भारत से संबंधित सामयिक मुद्दों पर अपनी टिप्पणियाँ शामिल करते हैं। उन्होंने अमेरिका, ब्रिटेन, दुबई, ओमान, सिंगापुर और जापान सहित विदेशों में कविता पाठ और समारोहों में भाग लिया है।
राजनीतिक कैरियर :-
विश्वास 2005 से अरविंद केजरीवाल को जानते हैं और अन्ना हजारे के नेतृत्व में इंडिया अगेंस्ट करप्शन आंदोलन में शामिल हुए थे । इसके बाद, जब आंदोलन फीका पड़ गया और आज केजरीवाल के नेतृत्व वाली AAP के रूप में जानी जाने वाली पार्टी बन गई, तो उन्हें इसकी राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी का सदस्य बनने के लिए कहा गया।
उन्होंने 2014 का लोकसभा चुनाव अमेठी से आप उम्मीदवार के रूप में लड़ा , लेकिन तत्कालीन राहुल गांधी से केवल 25,527 वोट हासिल करके हार गए।
2013 के दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनावों से पहले " मीडिया सरकार " नामक एक टैब्लॉयड मीडिया पोर्टल ने एक स्टिंग ऑपरेशन किया था जिसमें दावा किया गया था कि विश्वास और शाजिया इल्मी सहित कुछ आप सदस्यों ने अवैध नकद चंदा इकट्ठा किया था। आप ने पोर्टल पर पार्टी के नेताओं की बदनामी करने का आरोप लगाया। मीडियासरकार डॉट कॉम और आप ने एक दूसरे के खिलाफ क्रॉस शिकायतें दर्ज कराईं। पुलिस ने पूरी जांच के बाद कार्रवाई का वादा किया।
जैसे-जैसे चुनाव नज़दीक आ रहे थे, कवि सम्मेलन से एक डॉक्टर्ड वीडियो क्लिप वायरल हो गया जिसमें उन्हें इमाम हुसैन और हिंदू देवी-देवताओं और केरल की नर्सों के बारे में कथित अपमानजनक टिप्पणी करते हुए दिखाया गया था । नतीजतन, उनके खिलाफ़ कई मामले दर्ज किए गए। विश्वास ने जवाब दिया कि क्लिपिंग डॉक्टर्ड थी और बाद में अपनी टिप्पणी के लिए माफ़ी मांगी, कहा कि उनका इरादा किसी की भावनाओं या भावनाओं को ठेस पहुँचाना नहीं था।
2016 में, विश्वास पर एक अभियान स्वयंसेवक ने छेड़छाड़ और "यौन रूप से रंजित" टिप्पणी करने का आरोप लगाया था। अदालतों ने शिकायत के कारण एफआईआर दर्ज करने का आदेश दिया लेकिन दिल्ली पुलिस की जांच में इसे साबित करने के लिए कोई महत्वपूर्ण सबूत नहीं मिला।
विश्वास पर अमिताभ बच्चन द्वारा कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन का आरोप :-
जुलाई 2017 में, विश्वास पर अमिताभ बच्चन द्वारा उनके पिता हरिवंश राय बच्चन की एक कविता के यूट्यूब पर पोस्टिंग के संबंध में कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन का आरोप लगाया गया था । वीडियो को हटा दिया गया और ₹32 का मुआवजा दिया गया। [यह लगभग उसी समय की बात है जब वह आप के भीतर विवाद में उलझे हुए थे, जिसे छोड़ने की उन्होंने धमकी दी थी।
23 मार्च 2019 को, विश्वास को अमृतसर स्थित अधिवक्ता एनपीएस हीरा द्वारा 15 मार्च 2019 को एनआईटी ग्राउंड फरीदाबाद में आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम में सिख समुदाय पर अपमानजनक तरीके से चुटकुले सुनाने के लिए कानूनी नोटिस दिया गया था। हीरा ने विश्वास को श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब का दौरा करने और माफी मांगने में विफल रहने पर आपराधिक शिकायत की भी चेतावनी दी ।
2022 के पंजाब विधानसभा चुनाव से ठीक पहले 16 फरवरी 2022 को विश्वास ने दावा किया कि आप सुप्रीमो केजरीवाल ने एक बार उनसे कहा था कि भले ही वह चुनाव हार जाएं, लेकिन अलगाववादियों की मदद से वह एक स्वतंत्र खालिस्तान के पहले प्रधानमंत्री बनेंगे । केजरीवाल ने इन दावों को राजनीति से प्रेरित और "बड़ा मज़ाक" करार दिया क्योंकि अगर वह आतंकवादी होते तो चुनावी राजनीति में इतने सालों से उनकी जांच क्यों नहीं की गई। दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने इस मामले से जुड़ी एक याचिका को "तुच्छ" बताया। आप विधायकों ने पंजाब में जीत के बाद विश्वास को " लड्डू " भेंट किए।
कुमार विश्वास की शिक्षा | Education of Kumar Vishwas :-
कुमार विश्वास (Kumar Vishwas) ने अपनी प्रारंभिक शिक्षा लाला गंगा सहाय स्कूल, पिलखुवा में पूरी की। उनके पिता, एक प्रोफेसर, जो की सी.सी.एस. विश्वविद्यालय, मेरठ में थे, चाहते थे की विश्वास एक इंजीनियर बने, लेकिन विश्वास की रुचि साहित्य में थी। उन्होंने अपनी स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर की पढ़ाई हिंदी साहित्य में की और स्नातकोत्तर में स्वर्ण पदक भी जीता। इसके बाद, उन्होंने 2001 में “कौरव लोकगीत में लोकचेतना” पर अपनी पी.एच.डी. की।

कुमार विश्वास (Kumar Vishwas) को किसी भी इवेंट में बुलाने के लिए मोटी रकम खर्च करनी पड़ती है, क्योंकि कुमार विश्वास (Kumar Vishwas) केवल एक इवेंट के लिए 10 लाख रुपए से ज्यादा चार्ज करते हैं। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक पिछले साल 2023 में छत्तीसगढ़ में राम कथा करने के लिए कुमार विश्वास को ₹60 लाख मिले थे।

एक पगली लड़की की आँखों में ग़ज़ल होती है,

Biography :-
Kumar Vishwas is an Indian Hindi poet, lecturer and former politician. He was one of the founding members of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and a former member of its national executive.
Life and Career :-
Viswas was born on 10 February 1970 in a middle-class family in Pilkhuwa town of Uttar Pradesh, where he studied at Lala Ganga Sahai School. His father Chandra Pal Sharma was a lecturer at the RSS Degree College in Pilkhuwa and his mother Rama Sharma was a housewife. Vishwas is the youngest child and has four brothers and a sister. He studied at Rajputana Regiment Inter College and then joined Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College as his father wanted him to become an engineer. However, engineering did not interest Vishwas and he left it to study Hindi literature, in which he later earned a PhD.
It was during his PhD studies that Vishwas changed his name from Vishwas Kumar Sharma to Kumar Vishwas to maintain his poetic identity. In 1994 he became a lecturer at Indira Gandhi PG College 'Pilibanga' Rajasthan, then taught Hindi literature at Lala Lajpat Rai College. In 2012 he joined the newly formed Aam Aadmi Party as a volunteer worker.
Vishwas hosts a comedy show called KV Sammelan on Aaj Tak television channel which first premiered on 29 September 2018.
Vishwas regularly gives programmes in which he displays his poetry and love for Hindi, Urdu and Sanskrit literature. He includes his comments on topical issues concerning India. He has participated in poetry readings and festivals abroad, including the US, UK, Dubai, Oman, Singapore and Japan.
Political career :-
Vishwas has known Arvind Kejriwal since 2005 and joined the India Against Corruption movement led by Anna Hazare. Subsequently, when the movement faded away and the party known today as Kejriwal-led AAP was formed, he was asked to become a member of its national executive.
He contested the 2014 Lok Sabha elections as an AAP candidate from Amethi, but lost to the then Rahul Gandhi by securing only 25,527 votes.
Before the 2013 Delhi Assembly elections, a tabloid media portal called "Media Sarkar" had carried out a sting operation claiming that some AAP members, including Vishwas and Shazia Ilmi, had collected illegal cash donations. AAP accused the portal of defaming party leaders. MediaSarkar.com and AAP filed cross complaints against each other. Police promised action after a thorough investigation.
As the elections were approaching, a doctored video clip from the kavi sammelan went viral showing him making alleged derogatory remarks about Imam Hussain and Hindu deities and nurses from Kerala. As a result, several cases were filed against him. Vishwas responded that the clipping was doctored and later apologised for his remarks, saying he did not intend to hurt anyone's feelings or sentiments.
In 2016, Vishwas was accused by a campaign volunteer of molesting and making "sexually coloured" remarks. The courts ordered an FIR to be filed due to the complaint but the Delhi Police investigation found no significant evidence to prove it.

In July 2017, Vishwas was accused of copyright infringement by Amitabh Bachchan in relation to a posting on YouTube of a poem by his father Harivansh Rai Bachchan. The video was taken down and compensation of ₹32 was paid. [This was around the same time that he was embroiled in a controversy within the AAP, which he had threatened to quit.
On 23 March 2019, Vishwas was served a legal notice by Amritsar-based advocate NPS Heera for cracking jokes in a derogatory manner on the Sikh community at an event held at NIT Ground Faridabad on 15 March 2019. Heera also warned Vishwas of a criminal complaint if he failed to visit Sri Akal Takht Sahib and apologise.
On 16 February 2022, just before the 2022 Punjab Assembly election, Vishwas claimed that AAP supremo Kejriwal had once told him that even if he loses the election, with the help of separatists, he would become the first prime minister of an independent Khalistan. Kejriwal termed these claims as politically motivated and a "big joke" because if he was a terrorist, why was he not investigated for so many years in electoral politics. The Delhi High Court termed a petition related to the matter as "frivolous". AAP MLAs presented "laddoos" to Vishwas after victory in Punjab.
