विकास दिव्यकीर्ति

जीवन परिचय :-

विकास दिव्यकीर्ति (जन्म 26 दिसंबर 1973) एक पूर्व सिविल सेवक , शिक्षक , लेखक और व्याख्याता हैं। वे केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के सदस्य थे और वर्तमान में दिल्ली स्थित यूपीएससी कोचिंग संस्थान दृष्टि आईएएस कोचिंग संस्थान के उद्यमी और कोचिंग प्रमुख हैं ।

गूगल पर लोग डॉ. विकास दिव्यकीर्ति के वीडियो के अलावा उनकी उम्र, उनकी संपत्ति, उनकी यूपीएससी रैंक से लेकर बायोग्राफी, परिवार से लेकर 12th फेल फिल्म का तक सर्च करते हैं। ऐसे में कई लोग निश्चित रूप से इनके जीवन और डेली रूटीन को लेकर भी बहुत कुछ जानना चाहते हैं। हालांकि, डॉ. विकास दिव्यकीर्ति ने इस मुद्दे पर भी अपने प्रशंसकों को निराश नहीं किया है। एक वीडियो में विकास दिव्यकीर्ति बताते हैं कि वह बिल्कुल आराम से सुबह 9 से 10.00 बजे के बीच उठते हैं। वे बताते हैं कि क्लास को लेकर कोई जरूरी मीटिंग हो तो 9 बजे या मीटिंग नहीं हो तो 10 बजे तक उठता हूं। इससे पहले बहुत जरूरी नहीं होने पर ही वे उठते हैं। इसके बाद सुबह 11 बजे परिवार के साथ जिसमें पिताजी भी होते हैं, नाश्ता करते हैं। नाश्ते के बाद परिवारवाले एक से आधे घंटे तक गप्प मारते हैं।

विकास दिव्‍यकीर्ति ने कहा- 'बच्‍चों को डॉक्‍टर IAS से पहले अच्छा इंसान बनाएं मां-बाप, सफलता खुद चलकर आएगी। 

प्रारंभिक जीवन और शिक्षा :-

विकास दिव्यकीर्ति का जन्म 26 दिसंबर 1973 को भिवानी , हरियाणा में हुआ था । उन्होंने अपनी शुरुआती स्कूली शिक्षा हलवासिया विद्या विहार में हिंदी माध्यम से पूरी की। स्कूली शिक्षा पूरी करने के बाद, उन्होंने ज़ाकिर हुसैन दिल्ली कॉलेज में वाणिज्य स्नातक (ऑनर्स) की डिग्री हासिल की । ​​हालाँकि, बाद में उन्होंने अपनी स्ट्रीम बदल ली और दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय से इतिहास में कला स्नातक की डिग्री हासिल की । बाद में, उन्होंने हिंदी साहित्य में स्नातकोत्तर की डिग्री के लिए अध्ययन किया, ज़ाकिर हुसैन दिल्ली कॉलेज में पहले वर्ष में दूसरा स्थान हासिल किया और फिर अपने अंतिम वर्ष में हिंदू कॉलेज, दिल्ली चले गए, जहाँ उन्होंने अंततः 1995 में कला में स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि प्राप्त की । 

बाद में उन्होंने दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के विधि संकाय से विधि स्नातक की उपाधि प्राप्त की और फिर दर्शनशास्त्र में स्नातकोत्तर की उपाधि प्राप्त की , और दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय से हिंदी साहित्य में डॉक्टर ऑफ फिलॉसफी की उपाधि भी प्राप्त की ।

आजीविका :-

अपनी मास्टर डिग्री पूरी करने के बाद, दिव्यकीर्ति ने दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में सहायक प्रोफेसर के रूप में पढ़ाना शुरू किया।  बाद में, 1996 में, उन्होंने अपने पहले प्रयास में यूपीएससी सिविल सेवा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की और 1996 में 384 की अखिल भारतीय रैंक (एआईआर) प्राप्त की। सचिवालय प्रशिक्षण और प्रबंधन संस्थान में प्रशिक्षित होने के बाद , उन्हें भारत सरकार द्वारा केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा में शामिल किया गया ।उन्होंने गृह मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली में राजभाषा विभाग में अनुभाग अधिकारी  के रूप में कार्य किया ।

नौकरी से इस्तीफा:-

बाद में उन्होंने एक साल बाद नौकरी से इस्तीफा दे दिया और पढ़ाना जारी रखा।  

1999 में हुई दृष्टि आईएएस की स्थापना (Dristhi IAS Establishment) :-

डॉ. विकास दिव्यकीर्ति ने दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में शिक्षक के पद से अपने करियर की शुरुआत की। साल 1996 में पहले प्रयास में उन्होंने UPSC सिविल सर्विस परीक्षा AIR 384 रैंक हालिस कर पास कर ली थी। उन्हें पहली नियुक्ति गृह मंत्रालय में मिली थी। उसके बाद उन्होंने 1 साल में ही देश की टॉप सरकारी नौकरी से इस्तीफा देकर 1999 में दिल्ली के मुखर्जी नगर में दृष्टि आईएएस कोचिंग की स्थापना कर यूपीएससी एस्पिरेंट्स को पढ़ाना शुरू किया था।

नवंबर 2022 में, दिव्यकीर्ति ने अपना YouTube चैनल शुरू किया, जिसके वर्तमान में 3.93 मिलियन से अधिक ग्राहक हैं।  अपने मुख्य चैनल के अलावा, विकास दिव्यकीर्ति कई अन्य यूट्यूब चैनलों का प्रबंधन करते हैं, जिनमें दृष्टि आईएएस, दृष्टि आईएएस अंग्रेजी, दृष्टि न्यायपालिका, दृष्टि पीसीएस, दृष्टि टीचिंग एग्जाम, दृष्टि आईएएस शॉर्ट्स, दृष्टि सीयूईटी हिंदी, दृष्टि सीयूईटी अंग्रेजी और दृष्टि वेलफेयर फाउंडेशन शामिल हैं। 2023 में, दिव्यकीर्ति ने विधु विनोद चोपड़ा की जीवनी ड्रामा फिल्म 12वीं फेल में खुद की भूमिका निभाई । उन्होंने इस फिल्म की पटकथा लेखन में भी योगदान दिया।

यह एक ऐतिहासिक अवसर है। शायद पहली बार हिंदी सिनेमा ने हिंदी समाज की नब्ज को इतने गहरे स्तर पर छूने की कोशिश की है। 12वीं में एक बार फेल होने के बावजूद आईपीएस बनने वाले मनोज शर्मा की कहानी दरअसल हर उस व्यक्ति को झकझोर देती है जिसने जीवन में असफलता को अपनी नियति मान लिया है। फिल्म उसे खुद को एक और मौका देने, अपनी यात्रा को 'फिर से शुरू' करने के लिए मजबूर करती है! 

व्यक्तिगत जीवन :-

विकास की शादी तरुणा वर्मा से हुई है और उनका एक बेटा है। उन्हें 2023 में पद्म पुरस्कारों के लिए नामांकित किया गया था। दिव्यकीर्ति आर्य समाज के अनुयायी हैं और इसलिए जाति व्यवस्था में विश्वास नहीं करते हैं । उनका उपनाम उनके माता-पिता की साहित्यिक रुचि का परिणाम है।

27 जुलाई 2024 को इसी तरह की एक कोचिंग में कई छात्रों की मौत के बाद मानदंडों का उल्लंघन करने और बेसमेंट के अवैध उपयोग के लिए दिल्ली नगर निगम द्वारा उनकी कोचिंग "दृष्टि आईएएस" के बेसमेंट को सील कर दिया गया था।

डॉ. विकास दिव्यकीर्ति का परिवार (Vikas Divyakirti Family) :-

विकास दिव्यकीर्ति एक प्रतिष्ठित प्रोफेसर और लेखक हैं। उनको देश के सबसे सम्मानित शिक्षकों में से माना जाता हैं। विकास दिव्यकीर्ति का जन्म 26 दिसंबर, 1973 को हरियाणा में एक मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार में हुआ था। इनके पिता महर्षि दयानंद विश्वविद्यालय में एक प्रसिद्ध हिंदी साहित्य प्रोफेसर थे, उनकी मां भिवानी में एक PGT टीचर थीं। विकास दिव्यकीर्ति के दो बड़े भाई हैं। एक आई अमेरिका में सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर और दूसरे CBI में DIG हैं।

Biography:-

Vikas Divyakirti (born 26 December 1973) is a former civil servant, teacher, author and lecturer. He was a member of the Central Secretariat Service and is currently an entrepreneur and coaching head of Drishti IAS Coaching Institute, a Delhi-based UPSC coaching institute.

Early life and education:-

Vikas Divyakirti was born on 26 December 1973 in Bhiwani, Haryana. He completed his early schooling in Hindi medium at Halwasiya Vidya Vihar. After completing schooling, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree at Zakir Husain Delhi College. However, he later changed his stream and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Delhi University. Later, he studied for a postgraduate degree in Hindi literature, securing second position in the first year at Zakir Husain Delhi College and then moved to Hindu College, Delhi in his final year, where he eventually obtained a Master's degree in Arts in 1995.

Later he obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and then a Master's degree in Philosophy, and also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Hindi Literature from the University of Delhi.

Career:-

After completing his master's degree, Divyakirti started teaching as an Assistant Professor at the University of Delhi. Later, in 1996, he cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination in his first attempt and got an All India Rank (AIR) of 384 in 1996. After being trained at the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management, he was inducted into the Central Secretariat Service by the Government of India. He served as Section Officer in the Department of Official Language in the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi.

Resignation from the job:-

Later he resigned from the job after a year and continued teaching.

Dristhi IAS Establishment in 1999:-

Dr. Vikas Divyakirti started his career as a teacher at the University of Delhi. In the year 1996, in the first attempt, he passed the UPSC Civil Service Examination securing AIR 384 rank.
