कोविड सेंटर आग की घटना पर टिप्पणी——

राम पोथिनेनी दूसरी बार विवादों में तब आए जब उन्होंने विजयवाड़ा के एक कोविड सेंटर में आग लगने की घटना को षडयंत्र बताया । आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार ने कोविड-19 मरीजों के इलाज के लिए स्वर्ण पैलेज होटल को कोविड केयर सेंटर के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया था, लेकिन 9 अगस्त को इसमें आग लग गई, जिसमें 10 लोगों की जानें चली गईं और कई लोग जख्मी हो गए । राम ने सोशल मीडिया के जरिए सरकार पर निशाना साधा और जांच की मांग की। उन्होंने कुछ मेडिकल बिल भी अटैच किए, जो अस्पताल की जगह होटल द्वारा बनाए गए थे । इस मामले में कुछ लोगों ने राम का समर्थन किया, जबकि कुछ ने आपत्ति भी जताई ।
